Capitalize the first letter of (1) the first word of a title, (2) the last word, and (3) all other words EXCEPT prepositions, articles, and coordinate conjunctions.

There are three articles: a, an, and the.

There are six coordinate conjunctions: and, but, or, for (meaning "because"), so (indicating result but not purpose), and yet (meaning "but").

There are many prepositions. You will know them because they are the relational words that are placed before nouns (pre-postioned), as in BEHIND the barn, OVER the rainbow, UNTIL noon, DURING the concert.
